You stop from running from pain as well as from pleasure, feeling how both can be initiation.

What you have called shadow— fear, shame, unworthiness, guilt, power, abilities, genius, and everything else that is not integrated into your sense of self— is not eliminated or rejected, but held in the fire of awareness and experienced as something vital, creative, and nourishing.

We explore truth, not as a binary mental concept, but as a fluid felt sense of homecoming that arises within you at the edge of your inner sanctum.
